The AC technician was very knowledgeable at cordiall
Technician was very knowledgeable and helpful.
They are hands down the best AC company I have dealt with. They have great prices and their service guys are always early or on time. I have a buddy who needed an AC so I told him to go here…. He didn't. He bought the same unit as I have and paid more for it. About 8 months later the unit quit working. No problem because it has a 10 yr all inclusive warranty from manufacturer. Well with this other company not so much. They didn't charge to fix the unit but they charged right at 400.00 as a travel time and diagnostic fee…. They said that's not included in warranty. My buddy lives about 4 miles from this other dealers shop.
Each & every time a technician comes out they are great, knowledgeable and respectful
On time, efficient & quality
Tech. did a thorough job! Physically checked inside and out and cleared the blockage. Then connected to computer to verify and adjust as needed. He also had suggestions on what I can do over time to keep system running smoothly. We will see them next year for annual inspection.
