The tech was great and did a great job. Genuinely appreciated the care given. The price was great for yearly maintenance plan and a/c recharge.
Excellent company. Techs are great. They explain everything they are going to do and if anything needs to be addressed it's brought to my attention. Everyone polite, knowledgeable and all work done well. I've used this company for 5 years. I had them add a part to help with the compressor not using so much energy to extend the life of the unit and had my maintenance done.

AC Designs were the ones that installed our HVAC system for the builder last year. We have been in our house 13 months now, so we knew we needed to have an annual service. The phone staff were very nice and it was easy to get an appointment. We opted to buy the annual service plan, because this is something we have always done when we lived in Maryland. They told us our options but were not at all pushy about it. Our technician was Justin H. He was running a little late because of a previous job. He called me, was very apologetic and asked if it was still convenient for us to have him come. Mind you, he was only 20 minutes behind when our appointment was. He was just extremely considerate. When he got here, he was so friendly and took great care to cover his shoes so he didn't track in any dirt. Did a very thorough check and cleaning of our outside unit, which was much needed given the fact the we still have a lot of construction right around our house. Lots of dirt and dust always blowing. Then he came in and checked our inside main unit (whatever that is called). ????. He flushed the line and replaced our filter, which we had sitting there. Showed us pictures of the area behind the coils. So detail oriented. We purchased a UV kit to help prevent mold. He explained how it works, but again, no high pressure sales. All in all, he provided great service. Justin is a huge asset to the company, and we were just very pleased with AC Design.
