Great, thorough service. Competent technician. I can always count on Tyler to be productive, professional and personable; he gets a five (5). However, I was disappointed that my service contract does not include bi/annual duct cleaning in there servicing. Nether my does my appliance service plan.
Had a service call with Joseph regarding the leveling condition of my outside unit. Joseph was great! He educated me on the issue and gave me assurance that I have nothing to worry about for years. Joseph never gave me the impression he was in a hurry to get going since there were no repairs to be done. He explained to me everything I needed to know and we also had a pleasant conversation. Joseph definitely cares about his job and his customers.
Tyler was very professional from AC designs. He answered our questions fully. We would highly recommend AC designs.
Jackson did a great job. Came out of a Sunday within just a couple hours of my call and stayed until the job was done right.
