Good customer service
Quick and easy fix and under warranty
We had another company provide service through our warranty service and the issue was not resolved. Called AC Designs and KB came out the same day. He identified the problem and turns out it wasn't fixed properly from the original company! He could have fixed everything and charged us and we would not have known any better. Thanks to his honesty we are holding the original company accountable. We are dropping the warranty service and will use AC designs (as we had in the past prior to the warranty service) from now on.

Had an issue with our AC unit. It's only 2 years old, but a coil went "bad." I spoke with Rebecca and she was so patient, kind and helpful. She gave me necessary information regarding my situation and communicated my concerns to her lead, who was able to give me a solution that I was happy with. I haven't had a lot of faith in customer service recently, but Rebecca restored that. AC Designs, Rebecca is a GEM, and you better treat her right because the first woman I spoke with, name started with a J, needs some more training in how to speak to and help customers.

The service person did an excellent job. Very thorough & clean. Made sure everything is working properly.
