Technician Shawn Tompkins called 30 minutes prior to arrival and wasn't a minute late.
Being very professional he greeted us with a smile of confidence and began his work.
Through experience he noticed the water drain plumbing was not installed or arrange for peak performance or maintenance. He also found the same issue on the outside of our home.
We had a short discussion on his recommendations clearly explaining why and began the updates. The system is operating perfect and I want to say thank you to the entire A/C Design company…..great work it's appreciated

Our tech, Gian (I hope I got that right) got here just as he said. I told him the problem of having to reset thermostat on numerous occasions the last couple of days. Said it sounded like condensate water problem. I told him there was a condensate pump which he checked and sure enough needed to be thoroughly cleaned. He ran a type of liquid cleaner through the lines to make sure they were cleared. He then checked the outside unit and reported all was well. Thanked him so much for working on Sunday to bail us out.
