Tyler called with in just a few minutes of my initial call for service. He said he could be at the house in 10 minutes. I had been self diagnoseing the issue and fortunately for me I was able to figure out the condensing line was clogged and sutting off my unit. The them at AC Designs has always been there for me and with prompt service and today was no exception. The answering service and Tyler were very professional and eger to get me up and running. I have used them in the past and will continue to do so.
