All of the staff are great
Our tech, Gian (I hope I got that right) got here just as he said. I told him the problem of having to reset thermostat on numerous occasions the last couple of days. Said it sounded like condensate water problem. I told him there was a condensate pump which he checked and sure enough needed to be thoroughly cleaned. He ran a type of liquid cleaner through the lines to make sure they were cleared. He then checked the outside unit and reported all was well. Thanked him so much for working on Sunday to bail us out.

Good experience. Shawn called ahead with an ETA. Arrived wearing booties, listened to my concerns & went right to work. Spent some time testing system, made some adjustments and gave feedback.

After a brief AC outage, Drew at AC Designs showed up the next day and correctly diagnosed a broken thermostat, much to my relief. Their tech doing the annual maintenance today was fantastic! He finally explained to me why the UV light is so important. I wish I had known or understood it four years ago. Thank you D. Peak for your kindness and great service today!!
