After a brief AC outage, Drew at AC Designs showed up the next day and correctly diagnosed a broken thermostat, much to my relief. Their tech doing the annual maintenance today was fantastic! He finally explained to me why the UV light is so important. I wish I had known or understood it four years ago. Thank you D. Peak for your kindness and great service today!!
Alex took great care and was honest. They could have made a simple fix into something much more but did the right thing. I signed up for their maintenance plan because of their honesty. Good team and company

They are hands down the best AC company I have dealt with. They have great prices and their service guys are always early or on time. I have a buddy who needed an AC so I told him to go here…. He didn't. He bought the same unit as I have and paid more for it. About 8 months later the unit quit working. No problem because it has a 10 yr all inclusive warranty from manufacturer. Well with this other company not so much. They didn't charge to fix the unit but they charged right at 400.00 as a travel time and diagnostic fee…. They said that's not included in warranty. My buddy lives about 4 miles from this other dealers shop.
