The staff at A/C Designs were excellent. They were prompt, courteous and followed through with every aspect of our installation. We needed a new system as well as duct work. Robin came out for the estimates. He was prompt, very personable and he listened to all our concerns. He answered all of our questions and gave us fair estimates. He followed through with every aspect of the sale and made sure it went smoothly. Thanks Rob! We are confident we made the right choice in our system. The technicians Jesse and Cody were prompt, courteous, diligent, and receptive to our questions. They got the job done without any issues and cleaned everything up. They made sure we were satisfied with the results. Very nice guys. Overall an A+ company!

Andrew was not able to hear the issue we were having, as it seemed to not be happening when he came. However, he did check all the components and found the unit to be fully functional and operational. He suggested that we try to video the issue if it occurs again and reopen the ticket. I was very grateful for his recommendation.
