Alex was phenomenal. Clearly a seasoned HVAC professional and hope he has an opportunity to grow within the organization/potentially open a branch and lead a P&L...the guy gets it. He's timely, efficient, and his customer service is superb. Having met several technicians from AC designs, he is by far the best and AC designs is lucky to have him.
