He enjoys finding new ideas and working side-by-side with his team to make things happen. Outside of work, Corey loves drag racing and spending time with his wife and two daughters.

With over two decades of experience in the HVAC industry, Tim brings a wealth of knowledge, professionalism, and a commitment to quality service. He values strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike. Outside of work, Tim enjoys spending time with his family and traveling to new places.

Greg has been serving the HVAC Industry for 34 years total, 28 years Contractor side and 6 years Distribution side. My passion is helping others, and I am driven to provide the best customer experience to our customers and be a strong integral part of our growing team. Away from work I enjoy spending time with my wife Rita and family time. I love the outdoors, fishing, and hunting.

Sr. HR Generalist

Angela is an experienced HR leader with almost 2 decades experience, who builds people-first operations that scale. With a track record of launching HR departments across trades, service, and corporate settings, she specializes in compliance, employee relations, and aligning HR strategy with business goals. Outside of work, she is a true crime junkie, thriller book influencer across a few social media platforms and loves karaoke and playing video games.

Service Manager

Asa has been in the industry for 10 years exclusively in Jacksonville, Florida. He started out as a maintenance trainee with no experience and worked his way up to service the next year. He was then a team lead for Snyder HVAC for 6 years until taking a role as a Senior Technician for Buehler Air. He was then hired as Operations Manager for Reliable Ducts before becoming the Service Manager at AC Designs. His focus as a manager is developing his technicians to prepare them for a long career in HVAC, instead of just treating it like a job. Outside of work he likes to spend time with his kids, coach little league baseball, and watch all sports. His motto as a manager is "Morale is money and criticism is expensive.

Customer Experience Manager

Shannon has been part of the team for over eight years. She is passionate about creating clear processes and supporting her team so they feel confident delivering excellent customer experiences. Shannon enjoys working with people and solving problems that help homeowners feel more comfortable. Known for her detail-oriented approach, she values effective communication and consistent follow-up. Outside of work, Shannon loves spending time with family and friends, appreciating art, catching live music, and enjoying a good cup of coffee.

RNC Operations Manager

Sarah leverages nearly a decade of industry experience to drive efficiency, streamline processes, and support team success. Known for her problem-solving mindset, Sarah is dedicated to creating systems that allow employees to “work smarter, not harder,” ultimately strengthening both company performance and workplace culture. Outside of her professional role, she enjoys quality time with her husband and children.

“Futch” has been in the industry since 2004, and has worked on thousands of homes from installation to service. He’s trained and coached countless technicians and installers from best practices to trouble shooting. He enjoys his time with his family and friends, lending a helping hand, and fishing/kayaking any chance he gets!
