I had a very positive experience with AC Design. From the initial interaction, the appointment coordinator was courteous, efficient, and extremely helpful in scheduling and addressing my concerns. The technician arrived on time, explained the entire process clearly, and demonstrated a high level of professionalism throughout the service. I had an excellent experience with AC Designs Heating and Air Conditioning! Gerald called ahead to let me know he was on his way and arrived right on time. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain every aspect of the service he was performing.
I especially appreciated that Gerald showed me before-and-after photos so I could actually see the work that had been completed. His professionalism, attention to detail, and customer service were exceptional.

I called in a late afternoon request for a service issue that my A/C was not functioning properly. The collection pan was nearly full of water from dripping and the system was not cooling. They sent a representative out the next morning for a diagnostic evaluation. Matthew the technician was knowledgeable, thorough and courteous. Fortunately, the issue was resolved by a complete evaluation of the system and determined to be a result of myself running the fans on constant recirculate for the last 3 days and a recent improper replacement of a filter that I installed.
I was again impressed with the quality and excellence of the representative who handled the call and the technician that was thorough in evaluating the system to determine it was working properly but had shut down properly. It was shut down as the coils froze and the melting collection of water level in the pan triggered the fans and system to safely shut off. After cleaning up and installing a new filter Matthew restored the A/C system without the need for any additional repairs.
I have a service contract that A/C Designs ever since I purchased my newly built townhome 5 years ago and A/C Designs was the contractor who originally installed the Carrier system. They have proven to be honest, reliable and professional and I highly recommend them.
