While I don't love how much it costs to get the HVAC serviced twice a year, I will say that it is great money spent with A/C Designs. Their technicians are always incredibly polite, thoughtful, clean-cut, timely, informative, and actually super nice people. Today I had my system serviced by an excellent professional named Dante. He really set the standard for excellence and I highly recommend this company because of him!
Alex was courteous, thoughtful, friendly, and he helped explain everything I needed to know about my AC. We discussed what might be causing my filters to be so dark.
Brian was Awesome! He explained everything he was doing, what good and what was bad, and the reasons behind it all. I can honestly say that I have not a bad experience with any of the technicians have come out.
Jamil is an excellent technician and a solid representative for your company. He showed me what he was doing and explained the reasons why for the work.
Bottom line. Excellent communication skills and totally professional. Great ambassador for your company. Send Jamil for any future work.
