I recommend this company to my friends and family. I had a new Heat and AC system installed over 10 years ago by AC Design, following a neighbor recommendation. I found the sales staff professional, and the installation well done, They set me up with the annual maintenance agreement which while I was hesitant to get it, I must say; I'm glad to have done it. It has worked out for me. While the system has worked great, this is Florida and no system can be ignored. The system heats and cools like it always has, with only a few minor repairs along the way. I have also had the install the UV lights that help kill contaminates I have noticed less sneezing in the house and the air smells fresher so I believe they were also a good decision.
On the down side I have had some additional maintenance services and minor repairs, which seem to come at a premium price, and some are not as comprehensive as I would expect. When I check other service providers prices they are not much lower. Given the quick response when I call with issues (less than 2 hours for a clogged drain, and about an hour for a "strange noise" both fixed for a fee), I feel safe with recommending this company to friends and family. I have attached a picture of my system at over 10 years of age. Other than some fading paint (Remember Florida sun does that...always) the system looks almost new, and thanks to good maintenance works like it always has.
