On August 29 needing service for my airhandler on my AC unit install in the home by AC Design Technician Dylan Garrick could not have been more professional in handling my situation very responsive to answer my question to but me at ease got my unit up and running on one hottest day in St Augustine much needed...thanks again

KB is the man!!! They've changed the disconnect with a surge protector and it didn't fix it. They changed the compressor and it didn't fix it. They tightened breaker screws and it didn't fix it. KB found the cut wire that kept arcing and tripping the breaker. Over $3000 later it's fixed!! Thank you KB. We will always request you as our service guy!!
