From start to finish A/C was the very best service provider a consumer could have. The experience was flawless. There sales and technicians were so knowledgeable and professional. S very satisfying experience.
Chris came out to my house today and had my A/C system back up and running within 30 minutes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and absolutely crushed the job. He also took the time to explain what caused the issue and gave me helpful tips to prevent it from happening again.
I highly recommend A/C Designs and especially Chris. If you need an honest, skilled A/C technician, Chris is your guy!

Technician came less than 24 hours after I called. He was neat, clean easy to understand and very professional and took care of my problem very quickly. I am very satisfied and recommend them highly.
Our AC stopped cooling, so we called AC Designs to diagnose what we thought was a refrigerant leak. The first technician wasn't able to locate the leak, so AC Designs sent Matthew out for a second opinion.
Matthew didn't arrive until around 6:00 PM, and I honestly expected someone coming that late in the day to do a quick once-over and call it a night. Instead, he did the exact opposite.
He took his time, was incredibly thorough, and kept double-checking everything until he found what had to be one of the smallest leaks imaginable. His determination saved us from having to go through additional leak testing that likely would have cost us thousands of dollars.
It's rare to find someone who takes that much pride in their work, especially at the end of a long day. Matthew never looked rushed and never gave up until he found the problem.
AC Designs is lucky to have an employee like him. Matthew is the man, and because of his professionalism and work ethic, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend AC Designs to anyone.
