Very impressed with the prompt service provided by AC Designs. I called the office last Friday morning, a service tech (Matt)came out that afternoon. They located the part (coil for my leaking air handler) and a tech (Drew) replaced it first thing Monday morning. The techs were both friendly and knowledgeable.
They honored the warranty on my Daiken unit and their service exceeded my high expectations. 5 Stars !

As far as AC companies go, AC Designs truly stands out for their customer experience. Stephanie was absolutely amazing — she handled my questions, understood my situation, and got my service scheduled immediately. She was a pleasure to work with from start to finish.

Abby just finished this year's second 6 month maintenance on our A/C and heat pump unit. She is so personable, polite and knowledgeable! She took the time to answer all our questions.
