Without dragging out the whole repair, I'll keep it simple. Tyler the tech was very friendly and informative. He knew I was stressing because my family was sweating in the middle of the house. He kept me involved in everything so I'd understand it all. The couple times he returned, he kept great communication with me by texting. He stayed a little extra after the final charging just to be sure it was ok. He even text me the next day asking how it was performing. This young man is going to go far in this business. If I was his supervisor, I'd be proud to say he's part of the A/C Heat and Design family.
AC Design responded to my service request quicker than I expected. Alex did a great job of getting me back in service and I learned more about my unit during the time he was here. Great job!

The company offers a great services. I use the web site for scheduled the repairs of my AC. They answered me in a few minutes. The tech was amazing. He was very professional and friendly, took the time to explain every steps of the process to me.
