We have lived in our home for almost 4 years. Our home is actually 10 years old, so we weren't surprised to have to replace the entire HVAC system 2 years ago, in this Florida weather. I am surprised to have needed to replace a 2 year old capacitor recently. Upon a routine spring tune up our service tech found that it was necessary to replace the capacitor. I went with 4 out of 5 stars, because the company had us hold off on the maintenance agreement initially, because everything was covered by the warranty. However, as a result, we had ZERO MAINTENANCE FOR 2 YEARS. Emergency Techs, and service were great. Also, I did request that the maintenance technician let me know when he was finished, but he just left.

We've had them since day one 9.5 years ago when our new house was built with one of their units. Now, we just upgraded our system with an amazing warranty and the same level of awesome service that we've come to enjoy from this team.
