Justin called to notify of his approximate arrival time. Arrived as planned. Performed a very thorough inspection and service. Explained need for a replacement part likely at the next service interval. Provided a detailed estimate. Great service and a job well done.
Gerald came out assessed the AC System made recommendations and completed repairs in a timely manner. He showed nothing but professionalism and respect for the customer. I will definitely use AC Design's again for regular maintenance and any AC repairs.

I have had a maintenance contract with them for over 10 years and am completely satisfied with their service. As happens over 10 years there have been mechanical problems with my system that called for replacement parts and by having the maintenance contract I received a good discount for parts and services. They have made a few suggestions as to upgrades which I took. On one occasion one of the upgrades failed with just a month out of warranty and they replaced it with an upgraded part with a substantial discount on the part. On another upgrade I received a 50% discount for the part due to being a loyal customer. After 10 years my unit is still working fine which I attribute to their maintenance and upgrades suggestions. I would not hesitate to highly recommend AC Design to anyone looking to a great company to work with.
