Quality service.....!!
Had an issue with our AC unit. It's only 2 years old, but a coil went "bad." I spoke with Rebecca and she was so patient, kind and helpful. She gave me necessary information regarding my situation and communicated my concerns to her lead, who was able to give me a solution that I was happy with. I haven't had a lot of faith in customer service recently, but Rebecca restored that. AC Designs, Rebecca is a GEM, and you better treat her right because the first woman I spoke with, name started with a J, needs some more training in how to speak to and help customers.

Having a 6-month maintenance with thorough inspection. Recommended UV kit installation since evaporation coil is newly replaced. Installed the UV kit on the same day.
AC Design is always been the most reputable company I have dealt with in my 20+ years in Saint Johns. Today Sr Tech Eden did an outstanding job identifying my multiple issues with my unit that I had been experiencing over the past 5 years since purchasing the system. Thanks to him I feel AC Design has the best service team ever. And let me also recognize Kyle who always takes my calls and issues with professionalism and urgency. He is another true asset to this organization!
