I originally purchased both HVAC systems through AC Designs. They have maintained my system for years and have excellent customer service. Recently we did have to have a part replaced and surprise it was still under warranty! They were quick to get the part in and replaced in no time!!
Tyler was prompt, professional and personable! He was able to diagnose our problem and get it fixed. He stayed to be sure there were no other issues before he left! Hang on to Tyler he's a great asset to AC Designs!
