A/C Designs sales representative, Billy Deloach, was very thorough, knowledgeable, & professional. He simplified the process of purchasing a new air conditioning unit unlike the other two companies I received quotes from. The service technicians did an excellent job with the installation working through the entire summer day despite the extreme heat. "Comfort Specialist" Billy Deloach visited after the technician found problems with the owner's ac unit. He was professional curteous (equipped with shoe covers without our even asking) and easy to understand.
