Great service. AC Designs fits us into the schedule quickly.
This was the semi-annual maintenance. Great team. The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and appeared to work very effectively. We discussed a filter upgrade and the units' performance. I was very pleased with their service and AC Designs.
My ac unit wasn't cooling due to the drainage pipe being broken in half by the air handler. Matt from AC Designs came in and fixed it quickly. He called beforehand and was so kind and professional.
The technician was awesome, explained in details what she did and everything was good. She explained the thermostat to me and helped to understand it more, didn't know it had a light on it. Thankful for AC Design and their amazing workers..such a blessing!!
