Service tech was prompt, professional, and polite.
Well, it was that time of year for my system maintenance. Roman called when he was on his way and was very professional and respectful of my home and my two dogs. He serviced my 2 units and was done fairly quickly. I would recommend him and AC designs. I have been using them for 18 years and have always been happy with the service.
Colt did a great job servicing my units. He explained what he was doing, what he saw and put in new chemicals to keep the pipes clear of algae. Overall very pleased

Our installer, Jordan, was alone. He put in an incredible day of 10 hours, removing our old system; putting in a brand new system and thermostat. He was pleasant, smiling and informative throughout the process. I learned it was his first day, working for AC Design. His years of experience from other companies shone through. AC Design should be happy they have such a qualified, new employee.
Michaela was very patient with me showing me how to change the filter and recommended I get a different size.
I needed a capacitor. It was under warranty and I just paid for labor. She was so wonderful explaining everything as I know nothing about a/c units.
She is extremely knowledgeable and very professional. Thank you for your service being in the Navy! So appreciated!
