Our rep was extremely polite, customer service oriented, and thorough! He troubleshot all possible issues and found the problem and solved it. He didn't leave until he was convinced the issue was resolved.

We have had nothing but good service and friendly communication with A/C Designs since we built our house in 2019. Always detailed in their explanation of findings and results, and more than helpful when deciding on material items such as enhancements , replacements and other items. Not pushy in the slightest.
