Had the semiannual maintenance. Tech arrived early. Focused on work at hand, was thorough and explained all that was done. 12/18/25 Had my second 1/2 year AC unit maintenance. Again the techs were on time. Thorough in their work however, they seemed to have done more than previous techs did in thoroughly cleaning the outside unit inside and out, where it was not done before. Very satisfied with todays maintenance.
Great service today with Joey. Took the time needed by our aging systems. Made some recommendations moving forward and we will for sure stick with AC Designs!
