Elier the service technician is a great representative of the company. He was punctual, polite, professional, and informative. This was the second year in a row that he performed the maintenance service and it was same great service as the year before. If your company doesn't currently use the Applause app, I would recommend it. It's a great way to reward your service technicians for outstanding service. Our business currently uses it and our service technicians love it for its rewards

Justice is always so respectful and goes out of his busy way to make you feel heard. He explains more than I can understand and with that said re explains things that are important! He knows his AC business!! Maintenance on a home is daunting. And being a SC it is hard to find individuals you can trust! Justice is GREAT! We need more of him around! A/C Designs did a fantastic job serving my A/C unit. They responded to my calls quickly. Tyler Spears and Brady Thompson were both excellent and extremely professional getting my unit back up and running. I highly recommend.
