Our installer, Jordan, was alone. He put in an incredible day of 10 hours, removing our old system; putting in a brand new system and thermostat. He was pleasant, smiling and informative throughout the process. I learned it was his first day, working for AC Design. His years of experience from other companies shone through. AC Design should be happy they have such a qualified, new employee.
Michaela was very patient with me showing me how to change the filter and recommended I get a different size.
I needed a capacitor. It was under warranty and I just paid for labor. She was so wonderful explaining everything as I know nothing about a/c units.

Tyler replace a worn out capacitor. I requested a new thermostat as my current one had a screen that was no longer working. He had a new one in the van so that was great to get that taken care of too. Tyler was efficient, and explained what he was doing as he moved on to different parts of the job. It was pretty expensive for a senior on a fixed budget, but had to be done. I feel confident with the work that was done. Thank you.
