Michaela performed a service on our AC system. She was very courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Michaela took care to ensure that our system was ready for the summer cooling load. She listened to our concerns and after the service, she explained in detail what she found and corrected as well as the current status of our system. Thanks to Michaela and AC Designs for taking of our system and our needs. Outstanding service!

I don't think our AC problem was an easy one to troubleshoot, but the technician was up to the task and correctly identified the issue and fixed the system.
