After our AC broke and we had another technician come out, we were told the problem was fixed, however, the house remained at 80 degrees. We called AC Designs and they sent Logan out after hours. Logan was able to fix the problem just before midnight, checked and made sure that everything was running properly, and verified the rest of the components of our AC before leaving. With two young children in the house, I was so thankful that AC Designs sent Logan out to us. He was a genuine professional.
