Excellent service. Company called to remind us that we were due for biannual service. Technician was on time, polite, skilled and job completed timely. Recommend service contract so your AC is always running efficiently.
JR did a great a great job today for regular maintenance. St . John's residents have a lot of options for HVAC but as a previous business owner I believe I would only trust AC designs for my needs. Each employee I have ever interacted with has been of great value.
Billy came to look at the unit and gave us the quote, he even checked for warranty and found the unit was under warranty. He was great. Also Jonathan who came to do the repairs, he was so great too. Everything was smooth and my AC is working. The work was done very quick within a day from giving us quotation.
