Brent Murphy was our service tech. He was professional, friendly and informative. Presented extras we could purchase without being obnoxious or pushy. Going forward, we will specifically ask for him to be our tech.
Kevin arrived and from the beginning of the conversation to the end...he was outstanding! He truly is customer service oriented and has your best interest at heart. The main thing I liked is that he voluntarily explained everything at a level I can understand. He most certainly was respectful and courteous and never made me feel like my questions were delaying him. For that I thank him for his great service! Way to go...Kevin! :)
We recently had our AC replaced. We've been with AC designs for quite some time and have always had a good experience with prompt support. Jeremy and Alex came out to replace the system and were very efficient and helpful. We needed them to come out a couple more times to check some odds and ends and they were always on time and happy to provide support. New unit works great and would recommend for anyone looking for AC service in the future.
I use them anytime I have issues and continue to have a maintenance program. Wes was on time, got everything properly checked out and answered any questions I had.
