My parents had a "hard to find" leak in their handler and AC Designs came to the rescue! Matt was our technician and was SO knowledgeable and helpful. He found the leak, ordered the part, went to pick it up and came back to do the work ALL in the same day! He was a great communicator and made sure we understood the problem and the cost of the repair. It is really hard to find a company with employees who go above and beyond to help the customer these days. Thank you AC Designs for quick and quality service!
