A/C Designs installed a Carrier system in the main house and a DAIKIN mini split system in our guest house a few months ago. Today, Tyler, one of their techs came on an emergency basis and quickly installed a missing transformer that caused the 3 thermostats' power failure. The problem was resolved within 18 hours. Excellent service!

They are warm and friendly. They make recommendations without any pressure. They work and keep the environment clean and tidy. Tyler Thompson provided our service yesterday and he was excellent.
