Luciano and Dylan did a regularly scheduled service on our heat pump system. As usual, the team did an excellent and efficient job. I highly recommend A/C Designs for both installation and service. The annual service plan is a great value and takes away all worry about the system.

I was very pleased with our technicians, Tyler and Jackson. They are always so nice and answer all my questions. Today, Jackson took his time and thoroughly cleaned the air handler and outdoor fan unit, as well as my mini-split. He worked 1 1/2 hours diligently performing biannual maintenance. Also showed me products that could be installed to improve AC performance but did not try to push a sale. AC Designs always provides excellent service with a big smile.

Jamil the tech for AC Designs did an excellent job for me today. He patiently explained the diagnostics very well, he wasn't pushy on any unnecessary upgrades, he showed up with clean slippers for the interior work, & his overall performance & demeanor was exemplary.
