Great experience from beginning to end! Our salesperson, Billy explained everything, gave us a couple of options, and emailed detailed quotes which included model numbers.
Once we decided on the Daiken unit, installation took place the next day. Our installation team led by Mark laid down a tarp in the hallway, was very professional, and made sure we understood the thermostat operation before they left.

They did a fantastic job, with a personable and proficient crew, including their electrical sub-contractor. Even though their price was considerably less than the second bid I got, there was no compromise on the quality of their work.
