Tech's came out on time and did our annual AC maintenance. They always do a great job and changed the air filter.
Nyake came to do our seasonal maintenance; he was on time, pleasant and professional. We have used AC Designs for several years to keep our home cool in summer and warm in winter months. Thanks you for having an amazing crew from your answering staff to field staff. Recommendations are offered with explanations without high pressure tactics. Will stay with this company for our future needs.

Abby was our tech today. She called to say she was on her way, thoroughly checked out our air unit, replaced a UV light and then explained what she had done. 5 star service! The only downside is the prices for service and repair seem to be very high.

Technician Jackson, very friendly and professional, explained thoroughly condition of system etc. $249 for 2x per year service very reasonable. Would recommend AC DESIGN!
