Maison performed our biannual maintenance. He is very knowledgeable and got a clog out of our drain. Our unit has been running great!
Mr. Devonte Byrd was the technician who came out to do our semi-annual maintenance. He was patient (despite my tardiness in getting home for his arrival), but he got the go-ahead to begin his checks on the outside system. I had questions regarding our unit inside, and he thoroughly explained and showed me the cause and if/when to be concerned. I am so grateful for his teaching that I asked him to be the guy that comes for all our maintenance. So far A/C designs has sent two young men out that have been 10/10 with the customer service. Thank you!
Mark and Johnny were excellent. Installed an entire new H/AC in our house. Very professional and courteous. Answered every question I had and some I didn't even think to ask. Going business with A/Design since 2013 and have never been disappointed.
