The a/c tech, Luciano, was great. He was on time, caring, professional, definitely knew what he was doing. He went & found the problem that was causing my issue. It was a breaker problem & needs electrician.
Justin called to notify of his approximate arrival time. Arrived as planned. Performed a very thorough inspection and service. Explained need for a replacement part likely at the next service interval. Provided a detailed estimate. Great service and a job well done.
Gerald came out assessed the AC System made recommendations and completed repairs in a timely manner. He showed nothing but professionalism and respect for the customer. I will definitely use AC Design's again for regular maintenance and any AC repairs.
