Top notch installation of a new ac unit. Danny was the installer and was very professional and knowledgable. Troy was able to get me a competitive bid and Donna handled things with scheduling in a very prompt and efficient manner. This is the second unit they have installed for me...the one they installed a few years ago runs great. They also installed a new unit for my sister, and Danny did a great job with that too. Some things needed to be reconfigured for my sister's unit due to limited space, and rather than just do a poor job and cause her to lose closet space, Danny opted to reschedule so he would have the right materials to properly install. We were unhappy with the poor performance of our previous system so we called A/C Designs based on a recommendation from a competitor, Troy came out and did a very thorough inspection of our current situation. he made recommendations on adding returns, vents and replacing our current 6 ton unit with two Daikin Fit units. 1 for upstairs, 1 for downstairs. This was a big investment for us but I am convinced it was necessary to solve our issues. J.R,. came out with Troy to walk through the recommendations and confirm that we had covered all the bases. We were happy with the process and purchased the system. We expected to have to wait 6 weeks for a system but they were able to schedule installation in a week. Danny and Billy were the two installers. They are GREAT. They showed up on time and were dressed nicely. They explained everything they were going to do and proceeded to install. This was a big job as they had to remove an old water to air system, rework the ductwork, make modifications to ductwork to solve air flow issues and install new units in the garage and attic. We expected the job to take 5 full days but they got it done in 4. Danny and Billy were always willing to answer questions and make sure we were happy with each stage of the process. I don't normally write reviews but Danny and Billy really impressed us as two very hard working, conscientious young men. We would recommend A/C Designs and specifically Danny and Billy to anyone considering HVAC installation.
