We received quotes from 4 Jacksonville A/C companies, and decided to go with A/C Designs for a full system replacement of our 20 year old A/C. The entire process from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. Billy (the sales rep) was knowledgeable, professional, upfront, and instilled confidence. The installation team (Billy and Danny) were simply amazing. It was fun to watch these 2 young professionals practice their craft. Donna (the scheduler) was a pleasure to work with as well, and A/C Designs was able to replace our entire system the day after we called with our decision. From start to finish, we were - and are - more than completely satisfied. We opted for a new Daiken Fit system, and are thrilled with it. Looking forward to seeing our next JEA bill! We had Austin arrive at our residence today to perform a repair. Not only was he successful in repairing the problem, he took the time to go over in great detail what he did as well as explain some prior issues we have had with our system. Found him to be remarkably professional and knowledgeable. We plan to request his services for any future needs
I put in my Google thermostat myself and forgot to turn off the electrical. So I basically did everything correctly but burn a fuse out. ????
So it was after 6:00 p.m. before my pride told me to call the air condition people! First time calling here, they were very upfront about after hours charges. It looked like a teenager to my door but it was a technician and he was awesome had everything fixed up for me, explained everything to me and why me being lazy cost $250!
Troy explained all our options on Wednesday. We had our new system installed on Friday. Danny and Billy could not have done a better job! They worked quietly and efficiently, cleaned everything up before they left. They explained all the new features to us and were very friendly. I would recommend their service to everyone.
I used this company to replace my parents A/c and they where great. Service advisor came out Monday and explain everything by Wednesday they had a new unit. Thank you A/c designs!
We had to have our two units replaced at our house. Mike, Ben and Homer all arrived ready to work and did so as a team. Everyone new what to do and did so in unison. They were polite clean and professional. The job was complete at the end of the day and everything cleaned up. I can't say enough good about this team. The price was right too.
