We received quotes from 4 Jacksonville A/C companies, and decided to go with A/C Designs for a full system replacement of our 20 year old A/C. The entire process from start to finish was an absolute pleasure. Billy (the sales rep) was knowledgeable, professional, upfront, and instilled confidence. The installation team (Billy and Danny) were simply amazing. It was fun to watch these 2 young professionals practice their craft. Donna (the scheduler) was a pleasure to work with as well, and A/C Designs was able to replace our entire system the day after we called with our decision.
