Alex did an excellent job in fixing the system. He is very knowledgeable and did a very clean job. Virginia was great in communicating and coordinating with me & technician to get the job done. I would highly recommend A/C designs.
AC Designs originally installed the Carrier AC system at my new condominium in 2021. Elier was my service technician today and he continued the quality and courteous service that has kept me a loyal customer. I have great confidence in the ability and professionalism of AC Designs to continue to deliver exceptional service.
Luciano C came out to service my unit. He was very understanding and educated me on how the HVAC system works in laymen's terms on the issue and why the problem presented. He found out that my unit had been grossly overcharged, causing it to cycle on and off. I would highly recommend Luciano as he is very knowledgable and will take his time explaining the issue if you don't understand.
Update 9/15/2025- The electrical issues, with the computer board, resolved with a swap of parts. Diagnosed on Friday, Compressor, is locking up, after 3hours it will then restart. Replacement was found on Monday, install on Tues. Warranty department, communication, client focus, and service for a resolve within noted time frame, exceptional job. TY
UPDATE 9-8-2025 over 3 years since installation
3 service tech visits for issues not service maintenance , 1 warranty tech- issue shorted control panel outside unit. 5 stars to 4- communication can be better and service tech issues which could have been avoided.
Initial Service visits- left machine whistling, dripping condensation from covered copper tubes. With One outside unit shut down, for a week after installation. (reducer-pulled too much power they needed a part)
Office communication with their POC is good, during normal operating hours, responsive and willing to help. A call back on emergencies following day- nope. Warranty issues- only install company on parts and labor-no one else will touch it. The new warranty tech Ross was professional and diagnosed the issue with no known abuse of units. Explained to me what he was doing and why it was being done. One of the top tier techs, you would expect from AC Designs
Warranty -First week on shut down from computer, one message from POC on part. Second week on shut down, "we don't know about part, but your unit is working noted on paperwork," per Virginia. POC for all warranty and its related service work. Mid second week, part was located over 2 hours away tech picked up and installed on the same day. Exceptional focus on clients needs.

Exceptional experience, From Vicky at the office to the field techs, and installers. With a response from the owner at that time.
We have used AC Designs for repair and maintenance for over 3 years. They always do great work at a fair price. Our unit went down over the weekend - we called in Monday morning and were back up and running in less than 8 hours. Would recommend them to anyone
The technician that came to my home was a nice young man. He was professional, polite, respectful of my home & kind to my German Shepherd. He answered all of my questions & took care of my system. I would definitely recommend AC Designs bc I have had such positive experiences with their employees. They are the company.

My system felt like it wasn't cooling properly & I wasn't sure what's wrong as I did basic troubleshooting myself and nothing. Called to schedule an appointment…
Daniel come out to my house to do checks while I was at work but my mom was home so I spoke to him via her phone.
To say the least, he was so professional & polite in explaining the checks he's made, his findings and recommendations along with answering any other questions I had.

AC Designs did the initial HVAC install for my new house approximately 7 years ago and I have utilized them since then to keep my system running properly. Over the past few years, I have been a member of the Comfort Zone Club which includes periodic maintenance 2 times a year. They have done an outstanding job in that their employees are extremely professional and knowledgeable, so I feel I am getting quality service every time.
This last visit they installed an Active Gold Air Purifier for me. The technician, Jackson, did a great job with the install and also made sure I was fully aware of how my full system (including purifier and UV lights) was working. Thank you Jackson.
