These remarks are concerning Adel Holland the tech who came out after a Tune up was completed discovering a clogged drain line. The previous tech didn't have the needed resource to pressurise and flush it. Adel came out quickly as he could after his day was already completed. Very friendly and quite efficient. Cleared the clog then flushed the drain leaving it flowing and clean as it should be. Really helping the system to function much better then it had been in weeks. I feel he went over and beyond what normally is expected having already completed all his scheduled calls for the day. GREAT job and fantabulous service. No system problems sence... After finishing up and restowing equipment I though he'd said he was going to write his remarks while in his vehicle. But, after a few minutes backed on out and left. I didn't really have a chance to thank him. So pass it on please! Plus, thanks for your USA service to our country!! AC Designs have very reputable techs working to keep your systems running as they should. Thanks AC Designs!!
Our tech was prompt and friendly. He was thorough and addressed a failing capacitor. By replacing it now I'm confident that our unit will keep doing what it's designed to do in an efficient manner. Job well done. Thanks so much. We plan to stay with the system maintenance plans.
