I was in a jam and the AC wasn't draining properly which caused water to overflow and seep into the bedroom next to the handler closet. Of course it had to be on a weekend but they were able to get a tech out by lunchtime. Tech was super friendly and informative. Explained the steps he was taking and made sure everything was on the level before he left.

I have used AC Designs for both residential and commercial HVAC systems for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the quality and professionalism of their service. Price is always the best as well. I tried others but always came back. As long as they are in business in Jacksonville I will never use anyone else
