My service from your company with the technician Josh was excellent. He called to ensure of the arrival time and was professional and personal in the complete process. I especially appreciated the careful way he handled everything and respected the home by wearing booties every time he went in and out of the house. I will definitely ask for Josh on my next service call and I'll remain flexible on the days he is available.
Because we have only had our system for 6 months, this was a cleaning and maintenance at no cost. Tech Jadiin was very pleasant and answered all of our concerns. This company is highly recommended.

We've been working with AC Designs since our house was built in 2022 and have always had a great experience. We recently had to get a new system due to our dogs urinating on the outside unit and exposing all of the coils. We ended up getting connected with Billy and he was fantastic! He gave me several different options at different price points and gave me so much information for my husband and myself to review. It took us a little bit to choose and I reached out to Billy several times with different questions. He was always quick to reply and never put any pressure on us. Just gave us solid information and gave us space to review. We finally made a decision and connected with Billy to get it scheduled.
The day of Harry and Colton gave me a call to let me know they were on the way. They showed up and they were so wonderful!! My daughter was very intrigued with what they were doing and they were so kind to engage with her. They worked diligently, but still took the time to answer my questions as well. I was very comfortable having them in my home and would recommend them to anyone to do their a/c install. Knowledgeable, friendly, and hard working!
