Good and friendly service
We have used AC Designs for several years with 2 different houses. They have always provided timely and excellent.
Recently the were here for our regular heating to cooling season tune-up. The changed the AC filter as part of their service. They had to work inside. They cleaned up and I wouldn't know they were here except for the dirty filter in the trash.
The AC Designs Jacksonville location is so convenient. Stopping in to pick up my filters was easy! The customer service personnel were welcoming and happy to help me. It's nice to see such a quality company expanding to other locations.
Service technicians are great
The technician was awesome, explained in details what she did and everything was good. She explained the thermostat to me and helped to understand it more, didn't know it had a light on it. Thankful for AC Design and their amazing workers..such a blessing!!
My parents had a "hard to find" leak in their handler and AC Designs came to the rescue! Matt was our technician and was SO knowledgeable and helpful. He found the leak, ordered the part, went to pick it up and came back to do the work ALL in the same day! He was a great communicator and made sure we understood the problem and the cost of the repair. It is really hard to find a company with employees who go above and beyond to help the customer these days. Thank you AC Designs for quick and quality service! And thank you, Matt, for being so willing to get the job done for my parents today!
