He clearly explained the issue, answered my questions, and worked efficiently to complete the repair. I really appreciated his professionalism and excellent customer service. My thermostat was at 79 degrees. I called AC and they said they can be here TODAY. Then J came out and solved the problem. It was a little more than what I wanted to pay but however my air conditioner is cooling and I am completely satisfied.
