I had the absolute pleasure of having Jay Descoteaux from AC Designs Heating and Air Conditioning come to my home today. From the second he walked in, Jay was the perfect combination of courteous, professional, and genuinely friendly. He made me feel completely at ease and treated my home with respect.
What really blew me away was his technical skill. Jay didn't just "fix" my AC—he expertly troubleshot the system, clearly explained exactly what was going on, and walked me through every possible resolution with patience and transparency. His knowledge and diagnostic ability are on another level. I've had plenty of techs over the years, but Jay stands out as one of the very best.
AC Designs is incredibly lucky to have someone like him representing their company. He's a true professional who takes pride in his work and goes above and beyond to deliver an outstanding customer experience. Technicians of Jay's caliber don't come around often—he's an absolute stud at what he does. I sincerely hope the company is taking excellent care of him and recognizing his value, because he's out here making AC Designs look great every single day. He more than deserves a raise.

Highly recommend A/C Design. We have been using them for years and trust their expert service. So thorough and knowledgeable. We had an after hour call and within an hour, we were being serviced. Amazing!
