Elier the service technician is a great representative of the company. He was punctual, polite, professional, and informative. This was the second year in a row that he performed the maintenance service and it was same great service as the year before. If your company doesn't currently use the Applause app, I would recommend it. It's a great way to reward your service technicians for outstanding service.
