AC Designs did the best AC install I have ever experienced. Their handling of my account from sales to install was nothing short of excellent. They had my complete system in about 4 hours. Sales, Jason provided me with a super deal on one of the best AC's you could buy. I can already feel the difference in air quality and comfort. We purchased a split unit for the downstairs apartment from AC Designs a couple of years ago, so when we needed a new 3 ton unit for the top two floors, we called our previous sales person (Jason) again. We had a maintenance contract with another company, and they gave us an estimate without ever actually looking at our house. Jason came out, looked at our situation and made two recommendations for a replacement. His knowledge of the current problems in the supply chain, and his professional appraisal of our system convinced us to give the contract to A/C Designs.
Today JR and Austin showed up on time, and they proceeded to efficiently replace our old AC, while schooling us on how to best use the new system. They repaired the duct work, and then cleaned up everything so perfectly that you wouldn't know there had ever been a new installation. From start to finish, we received great service and a truly professional team.
