Luciano and Dylan did a regularly scheduled service on our heat pump system. As usual, the team did an excellent and efficient job. I highly recommend A/C Designs for both installation and service. The annual service plan is a great value and takes away all worry about the system.
Our technician was very polite. Explained everything he was doing. Answered all my questions. Did not try to oversell me anything. It was a great experience. We were impressed how long he spent cleaning and checking our system. Others I have used are in and out in twenty minutes. Will continue to use this company.

Follow up on the new home of HVAC. Professionally, Technicians removed the close vent insulation, checked the noise from the HVAC, and explained the situation; we are all set. All under warranty.

From the moment I reached out, the process was seamless: a sales rep (Jason) came out within hours the same day to assess the issue and provide a clear, honest estimate, and the very next morning the install crew (Omar and Matt, along with their supervisor Eric briefly to oversee) arrived and completed a full system replacement in under three hours.
What impressed me even more was the follow-through. When my air wasn't heating or cooling properly afterward, they sent a tech out (Cory) first thing the next morning to troubleshoot and Jason later followed up again just to make sure everything was running perfectly. That level of care is rare these days.
