We received a txt reminder the day prior. Also received a reminder 2 days prior to our scheduled service appointment. The technician called while enroute 30 minutes prior to arrival. Tyler was polite, professional and efficiently accomplished servicing our unit. He also installed a REME HALO which we appreciate. I would recommend A/C Designs to anyone for all HVAC requirements. Thanks for a job well done.

Jacob Barbary is an excellent tech, and very nice.
Always exceptional professional service. Kevin's HVAC knowledge is outstanding and his customer service second to none. He never forgets to walk us through the maintenance process and debriefing after service completion. With A/C Design we know that we're getting the best service. That's why we've been with the company since our house was built in 2017.
Dustin was wonderful! He ran all the necessary inspections, cleaned the HVAC unit & had everything up & running quickly!! Great job ????
