We lost our home AC on saturday while having a party and it was hot. AC designs returned my call and insured me someone would be there that evening. I know it was a busy night and they squeezed me. Thank god because it was HOT. DJ showed up, assessed the situation and told me not worry he would do his best to get my AC backup and running. He was really respectful and knowledgeable. I went to bed in a nice cool environment...."AWESOME" service. I would also like to acknowledge the dispatch woman (I can't remember her name?) who called me twice to ensure someone would be there to help me. My wife and guests thank AC Designs very much!!
