HVAC technicians Wyatt and George came to do our maintenance under the contract. They were great they were prompt, thorough, and didn't try to sell us extra services. We are very pleased with A/C designs.
I appreciate good customer service.Jayden was very knowledgeable about my unit and it's pass parts replacements. His integrity was outstanding informing me that the compressor needed to be replace and it was done not to long ago this year.He replaced the compressor without charge.
Amazing experience. He took time to explain everything to me not just talk at me. Very thorough (even when I was dealing with a nurse for my dad at the same time) and found issues we would never have know about with our new build. Our rep was extremely friendly to me and my dog and wearing booties, Big bonus. Thank you
