Nothing but professionalism from Gwin who came to service when there was no air, to Austin and Billy who did the install of a new AC system to Angee who help from the office to coordinate and answer question. And a big kudo to Gwin who text me, in the evening when its his time, to make sure I was ok after the install. If the equipment works as well as the employees this is definatley a home run.

This review is ONLY for the technician Logan. He is the best. A/C designs SUCKS overall and i would never use them except for my warranty. We have lived in our new home 4 months and the air handlers have leaked 3 times, one so badly that the floor had to be ripped out and replaced. All from the installers literally putting in coils upside down, installing float switches backwards and from just sticking pieces inside the unit and not hooking them up. Sheer and total incompetence. HOWEVER Logan came out after the leaks, immediately identified the problems and fixed what his incompetent coworkers couldn't do right. Logan is a gem and we will always request him if there is an issue.

Mark performed the diagnostics and cleaning of my old A/C system. He applied the leak test diagnostics charge to the purchase of a new A/C system. The next day, Danny and Hayden installed my new A/C system quickly and efficiently.
