Technician was very prompt, professional and was able to get my air conditioner working very quickly and efficiently.
AC Designs installed our HVAC system as part of our new home build in 2022 and we have them back semi-annually for maintenance. Their service has been great. They reach out to schedule the appointments, the tech calls on their way, they take their time and are not pushy about any recommendations they make. The tech reviews what was done and provides a written report. We have had zero problems, are very pleased with every tech over the last 3 years and the overall service they provide. We will continue using AC Designs.
Multiple visits but Wyatt is the man who helped us with the fix. Its been a week ans so far the fix is working!

Update 2025: 5 years later... I bought a new Daikin system from AC Designs about 9 months ago, and I have just had my second visit (under warranty) for semi-annual check up. All was good, although Justice, my new Technician, recommended an in-duct active air purifier. This ~$1000 unit is supposed to offset the positive ions inside my house with negative ions. Justice shared some benefits with me, and I told him I'd start my research. Jury is still out. Any thoughts?
2020: Moved to this area a little over a year ago and called A.C. Designs to check out my HVAC System. Signed up for the annual service plan. Today Jacob came out to check out our System. Everything is good. Yay! Jason is so polite, professional and it was a pleasure to work with him. 6 months ago that visit was just as professional and I really feel comfortable (not only in the house) but in working with this company.
