On 6/15/21, after all the calls I had made to other companies, A/C Designs was the only company willing and able to come out on the same day to give me an estimate in replacing my complete A/C system! Thank you so much Angie for understanding my plight and getting with Troy Howell (Sales)! Troy came out late morning, gave me an estimate, took inventory of parts needed, and was able to schedule the replacement Installation for the very next day! Thank you so very much Troy! WOW! Not only that, as promised, Billy Miller and Oriol showed up on 6/16/21 on time (actually a little early which made me and my 3 senior dogs so grateful!). Billy and Oriol were so very professional. They were so respectful to me, the customer. Made me feel very comfortable and at ease! Took the time to show me how to operate the new thermostat and where to change the monthly air filters in the new unit. Not one piece of trash was left behind! Thank you very much to everyone who took part in getting me set up! A/C Designs is # 1 !!!

Great experience with a little bit of a pricey ending, but we could have had NO AC in a matter of weeks!!
I did do a little research for the cost of the part, and it varied based on the quality/manufacturer; the labor is usually high, but again, I'm really happy he noticed the part needed to be replaced.
Overall - great job! Call AC Designs for a tune-up or any other need to take care of your HVAC system.
AC went out over the weekend and both techs were extremely helpful and fixed the problem. Highly recommended!
We received a txt reminder the day prior. Also received a reminder 2 days prior to our scheduled service appointment. The technician called while enroute 30 minutes prior to arrival. Tyler was polite, professional and efficiently accomplished servicing our unit. He also installed a REME HALO which we appreciate. I would recommend A/C Designs to anyone for all HVAC requirements. Carlson and his tech partner did an excellent job on our house. They did four days of work and were very thorough. Everything was explained and has made a huge difference in the function of our hvac system
