Great experience from beginning to end! Our salesperson, Billy explained everything, gave us a couple of options, and emailed detailed quotes which included model numbers.
Once we decided on the Daiken unit, installation took place the next day. Our installation team led by Mark laid down a tarp in the hallway, was very professional, and made sure we understood the thermostat operation before they left.
Based on our experience, I highly recommend A/C Designs.
AC Designs moved my compressor around to the side of my house to get it away from my patio, where it was noisy and unsightly. They did a fantastic job, with a personable and proficient crew, including their electrical sub-contractor. Even though their price was considerably less than the second bid I got, there was no compromise on the quality of their work.
Rob, Harry, and Colton were incredible and made for a great experience in getting our new AC Unit installed. They were very professional and kind during the whole process.

Last night we had our ac go out. They had a cancellation today and got us in.
Corey showed up, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it. Very professional.
