Great experience with AC Designs. I manage properties with Coldwell Banker here locally and have many customers with the annual service contracts with you. I have learned that this not only helps our owners maintain their systems but it also keeps the system working properly with fewer issues.

Luciano performed a maintenance service on my system and did a very thorough job, spending over an hour working. I was able to watch most of the services being performed all while he explained what he was doing and why. He recommended replacing the capacitor as it was nearing its useful life, thus avoiding any further damage to other components of my system. Very satisfied with the work that was performed and I would very much recommend giving them a call and even asking for Luciano by name!
