I've been using AC Designs for almost 6 years for maintenance and any repairs need. I had an emergency and called in. Jonathan Blake was out within 3 hrs to diagnose and fix AC system which was not cooling. He took care of the problem quickly and efficiently.
I would highly recommend AC Designs for their staff, efficiency and the way they do business. Great company.
Customer service accommodating and Rob was gracious in explaining vent cleaning. He was kind to advise when I actually needed them clean instead of charging for unnecessary cleaning.
I am pending ac maintenance check and after will review again. Thus far I recommend this company.

I couldn't be more pleased with working with AC Designs on a HVAC replacement and adding a split unit to a lower level space. I got bids from several companies. I felt most comfortable with AC Design for their recommendations, pricing, and install timeframe. When they came to install they were timely, professional, friendly and thorough in answering my questions. I'm really happy with the Dankin units installed. I have to give a final shout out to the A team I got to work with; Jason Lanier - Initial Contact who recommended the units, the A team of installers: Harry, Colton and Bismier. They all really know their product and did an excellent job in each of their respective responsibilities.

Unfortunately our AC went out during the summer and we had to schedule a service repair. Luckily a tech showed up 2 hours later and fixed it with no issues. Very friendly and super responsive.
