Never before have I ever come across someone so friendly, personable, and hardworking as Ernie. AC Design hands down this is one of the most professional, thorough, organized, informative, go out his way, nice, kind and friendly techs I have ever met. I can truly say this man knows what he is talking about. Each time he's entered my parents home he has given nothing but his best and really informative and professional. Some people will tell you things just to sell you or get you to spend extra money on top of what you have going on, well this guy I can say is honest and to the point of business. He came in and Wow'd me. I like to do my research on things and see if the techs or whoever is going to be honest on what the issue is, well he was definitely one and when my mom told me what he informed them of I was very impressed and pleased with his services.

Ernie Taylor has come to my house a couple times and each time he has done exceptional work. He is very informative and kind. I appreciate a business who take pride in hiring excellent staff. Luciano and Callie did my AC maintenance and did a fantastic job. I was informed that the two air filters inside my house weren't needed and that I could stop using them since the system was update after the latest install. That was great news to me. They discovered my compressor was being overworked and we're able to fix it that day. Glad I went with AC Designs.
We've had a few issues with our A/C unit over the past few years and each time they came out within reasonable time. The most recent visit is what really earned our respect, if you are fortunate to have Ernest T. as your technician then you'll understand what I mean. All around great guy and really helped when we were frustrated with AC Unit. When you find a guy that knows his stuff, explains it well and has awesome customer service skills, that's a great day.
