AC Designs delivered one of the best service experiences I've ever had. Their quote came in at less than half of what other companies in town were charging—with no gimmicks, upsells, or nickel-and-diming. From the moment I reached out, the process was seamless: a sales rep (Jason) came out within hours the same day to assess the issue and provide a clear, honest estimate, and the very next morning the install crew (Omar and Matt, along with their supervisor Eric briefly to oversee) arrived and completed a full system replacement in under three hours.
What impressed me even more was the follow-through. When my air wasn't heating or cooling properly afterward, they sent a tech out (Cory) first thing the next morning to troubleshoot and Jason later followed up again just to make sure everything was running perfectly. That level of care is rare these days.
I chose AC Designs because they gave my parents outstanding service last year, and they delivered the exact same quality for me. Couldn't recommend them more highly—professional, fair-priced, responsive, and truly customer-focused.
