Technician did a great job. Explained everything well. His notes need to be reviewed by management about the installation of the filter system and drainage system. Could have been done better. I continue to wrestle with routine maintenance when changing filters.

Very nice service tech. Did a very thorough job and explained what he did. He called before coming which I really like. Good company. Have used them since I bought my new house 2 1/2 years ago. I have their yearly service program.
