Since 1984, Dreams Come True of Jacksonville has fulfilled the dreams of more than 3,800 children battling life-threatening illness. The organization is the First Coast’s only locally-based, wish granting organization that is dedicated to using the power of a dream to bring hope and joy to EVERY First Coast child as they face the most difficult time in their lives.
To help ensure that no child is ever denied a dream and no child is ever placed on a waiting list, the organization hosts several fundraising events throughout the year. A/C Designs was proud to help raise funds for the organization by participating in the 2019 Sam Kouvaris Dreams Come True Golf Tournament’s silent auction.
“Jacksonville is our home and we are committed to helping our community in any means possible.” said Ed Tennant, President of A/C Designs, Inc. He continued, “When our partners at KB Homes approached us with the opportunity to help Dreams Come True continue their mission of granting dreams for children battling illness, we knew that we wanted to get involved.”
The event took place yesterday at the San Jose Country Club. Attendees got the opportunity to bid on a number of silent auction items, including a new HVAC system by Carrier with installation by A/C Designs. 100% of the event proceeds will go directly towards dream fulfillment.
