Our service rep Tyler Tillis was knowledgeable, kept us informed of what he was going to do and was very polite, and educated about our units.
Technician was great roday
Technician arrived on, introduce himself and explained what preventative services were to be completed. He should me all the test results. We decided to add a hard start relay as one test was close to limits. After installation he retested and showed the results of new test, which brought it well within limits. Overall service was excellent and highly recommended.
My attic a/c went to mechanical heaven on a hot day and Mason was very prompt with a price quote and information. He really did a great job explaining the options and some aspects of my system. I appreciate his professionalism and thoroughness - thank you!
