Great Service number 1 in my book . Courteous and kind.
I always receive excellent service from AC Designs. From being on time, to doing the right job, to cleaning up. Always top notch service with excellent AC Technicians. Tyler was here today and has Ben here in the past. Although they don't always send Tyler, I can expect outstanding service from all the service personnel. But, Tyler is my favorite! Super great guy and a fantastic technician.
Jacob was one of the best technicians I've had from a/c design. He was thorough, and explained every process of the maintenance performed. He also tracked down a leak in our system that We have been trying to find. Highly recommend Jacob from a/c designs.

During this visit, our technician, Alex, thoroughly explained the underlying issue and diligently worked to resolve it. He meticulously inspected all vents and made necessary adjustments to optimize airflow. We are highly satisfied with the service provided thus far.
