I was scheduled for an airflow test to determine if the air was flowing adequately from unit to all rooms. I had a great experience! AC Designs sent 2 technicians. They were right on time, gave a courtesy call, were friendly, professional and knowledgeable and skilled. They explained the process then got to work. They let me know the outcome, the work they did and what to expect along with tips I hadn't thought of. They were great.

I had my Universal Blower Motor replaced and a
ECM Blower Motor Surge Protector added to my A/C unit. The technician was very thorough in explaining what was wrong with the unit. It is back up and running and I thank A/C Design for their expertise.
