Our tech Gerald was courteous and thoroughly evaluated the system then shared findings. He also made recommendations. I asked him to replace the failed UV bulb kit. He did a great job.
Preventive maintenance tech was excellent, thorough and courteous. Before he left, he even turned off the attic light, folded up the stairs and locked the side door. I highly recommend this company.

The man did excellent job and when he left couldn't tell he had been hear. Cleaned everything back perfect. Will definitely use again next time.
