The A\C Designs team just installed a complete new system @/my home,the entire process was smooth and easy! These guy's are the real deal!! From Ronald the sales guy ,who is very knowledgeable, & helped us figure out exactly what worked best for our house and fits our budget( with absolutely zero pressure) ,to the technicians that installed our new system, all very professional, polite, and attention to details . Absolutely 100% recommend A\C Design, great experience, awesome new system !!!

The routine maintenance service was great!
This technician called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive and kept his word. He conducted his preliminary checks of the system and kept me informed every step of the way. I already knew the system was low on Freon but he connected his guages to the outside unit and explained what all the numbers meant and also showed me the indication of low Freon. He also explained the possibility of needing a new capacitor. He then killed power to the condenser, took off the fan and thoroughly cleaned the bottom tray, coils and other visible components within the unit. He then hooked a vacuum to the system drain and poured water in the drain line from the air handler for more than 30 minutes. He then made sure the system was functioning before showing me the paperwork and explaining his recommendations, putting in a request to have freon added to the system , signing the paperwork and paying for the comfort zone club agreement before departing.
My A/C went out, I called after lunch & A/C Designs had a technician out later the same day. The tech diagnosed the problem but he did not have the part on his truck. He was able to locate the part on another technicians truck. He went & picked up the motor, returned & fixed my unit. He was a very nice young man professional, polite & he took the initiative to finish repairing my A/C the 1st visit! I am a very happy customer!
