I used A/C Designs to replace a 5 ton heat pump. Their sales rep, Billy Deloach, was very knowledgeable and provided useful insight to consider when selecting a system from the various manufacturers. He had a low-key approach and provided germane information without the high pressure tactics of other salesmen. The install team of Omer and Matt worked diligently to remove the old system and install the new one. They showed up on time, replaced the old system, and cleaned up the work area. They made sure any questions I had were answered and I was satisfied. A/C Designs did a great job. I wouldn't hesotate to use them again.
I can't say enough about Luciano Cordova. He is one of the best technicians! I have witnessed his work awhile back at a neighbor's house and he went above and beyond for her. Today we had the luck of him coming out to service our system and what a remarkable job he did. I definitely feel comfortable with him in my home working on my system. He is a hard worker, polite and cleans up after himself. He definitely deserves to be recognized. He is the guy you want on the job making a great impression on your business. Thanks Luciano!
Very happy with thel whole experience from the sales person, Billy Deloach, to the installers, to the Daikin Fit. The system is working great and we can already feel the difference with the built in humidifier.
Ac Designs did a phenomenal job, From the original person I dealt with them. Billy handled my transaction we went with a Lennox and a brand-new thermostat with Eco bee. Awesome installation i one day replaced wants and sealed everything went flawless.
