Had semi-annual service for two systems and a hard start kit installed on one. The service was very complete and the kit was my idea. The total charge was just over $600, which seemed expensive. But then, everything seems expensive these days.

I have been a client for 10 years and just had my normal maintenance and found my old dust free unit wasn't working of course the warranty had expired a month ago. Long story short I upgraded to an Active Gold unit and received a substantial discount. Service technician RJ was excellent.
