Very happy with the service and technician. The technician answered all of my questions and was very helpful.
I am giving 5 stars because of the technicians that have came out to my house. Tyler today, a Saturday afternoon. The previous you man was just as lovely as Tyler. I would not give 5 stars for the installation team, I believe I wouldn't have as many issues as I have had if the system was installed better, just 4yrs. I continue to call this company so as not to void the warranty we have with our system. I questioned the way the system was installed, I was informed certain things could be changed at my expense. Again the lovely technicians who have came out to maintain my system or to repair the 4yr old system have been super nice, over the top customer service. I just wish with a 4yr old system I wouldn't need repairs just simple maintenance.
Abby from AC Designs is a phenomenal asset to this company. She came out to my home on Friday, June 5, 2026. She was thorough, informative, professional, and provided great insight and attention to detail. I am extremely pleased with her service and I most definitely will request her again!
