I called Billy DeLoach who my Dad had received a quote from 6 months earlier. My Dad had passed away and we wanted to get a new AC unit installed before the cold weather started since the current unit had issues the previous winter. I called the day after Christmas and even though Billy was on vacation, he answered my questions and honored the quote from earlier. AC Designs actually came out the next day and installed the new unit at my Mom's house while I was visiting her. The installation crew was good and very conscious about cleaning up everything outside and hauling it away. We are very happy with our experience with AC Design and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new unit as well as just routine maintenance.

Everyone I have dealt with from the sales team, to the office staff and the installers, were all very knowledgeable, professional, kind and respectful. Even after the sale and installation of my new system was complete, they reached out to ensure I was happy. I would give AC Design an A+ on the Carrier System I had installed today. The installation was fast and there were no issues. Everything worked as it was suppose to. Billy Deloach the sales rep, I would also give an A++, he was very attentive and really followed up on every question that I had, he supplied the proposal and a lot of other information.
